Terms and Conditions
1.00 General

1.01 All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions.

1.02 All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

2.00 Orders

2.01 To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website.

2.02 Orders can be taken by telephone or via this website. All items are subject to availability.

3.00 Delivery

3.01 Mainland UK Destinations – All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (to be signed for) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).

3.02 Please note: 1st Class Recorded – We do not accept responsibility for goods lost/damaged in post.

3.03 Special Delivery – We can claim compensation for lost/damaged goods. All other (including Worldwide) destinations will have to be priced separately via telephone or email.

3.04 All orders are despatched from the premises in 1-3 working days, at peak trading times this could extend to 4-5 working days, please phone if your requirements are urgent.

4.00 Returns

4.01 If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the value of the unwanted item.

4.02 We suggest you obtain proof of postage and insurance from the post office in case the item is lost in post. Refunds will take place when we receive returned item(s).

4.03 If the goods are deemed faulty then they must be returned completely with the fault clearly stated i.e. accessories etc returned. Goods returned incomplete will not be credited or replaced.
4.04 Similarly, goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

5.00 Payment

5.01 Payment is by credit/debit card through website or over telephone or cheques by post.

5.02 Cheques are subject to clearance before despatch. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.

5.03 We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

6.00 Reservation of Title

6.01 The title of the goods remains with the seller until full payment is received.
