Delivery and Warranty Arrangements

All purchases are posted 1st class recorded delivery for FREE.

Special delivery is available (advisable) at checkout at the cost shown

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, British Forces Post Offices, Hotels and Channel Islands.

International quotes are available

All orders will be despatched within two working days of placing your order subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.

We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website. We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. A signature and confirmation of receipt constitutes completion of delivery. Please note that pocket bags, non-leather bags and small leather goods are not provided with dust bags.

RETURNS.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.



Items purchased online must be returned to 10 KIRKLAND,KENDAL,CUMBRIA.LA9 5AB.

We can only refund or exchange an item if it is returned to us within 28 days of receipt.



When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.



We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession. A refund will be issued within 7 working days. This may be subject to delays during busy periods. The credit/debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

Please note that it could take further 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement depending on the card issuer

Cancellation Rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your order.If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. Cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing.

In an event that your order has been despatched, you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We recommend that all goods returned to us are sent by insured delivery. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges. You will receive your refund within 30 days of the cancellation date. No refund or replacement of any payments made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession.
